Risk Assessment

Since our full re-opening in September 2020, we were required to have in place a risk assessment to ensure we followed guidance and made our best endeavours to keep the whole school community safe.

These risk assessments were 'live', meaning that they were regularly reviewed and updated as needed.

WSCC has advised all schools as of 19 April 2022 that the COVID-19 school risk assessment is suspended until further notice, as we are now 'living with COVID'.  However, normal task and activity risk assessments (which have always been required) should now be reviewed to put in place any additional COVID-19 measures where there is a high risk of exposure to COVID-19 (e.g. close physical contact to support feeding or toileting of a child known or suspected to have COVID-19).
